Delivery Manager / Project Manager

The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective execution and delivery of our high-quality solutions. This role focuses on the “how” of building and shipping product features.

Essential Functions:

  1. Facilitate Execution Excellence
    • Ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
    • Drive sprint ceremonies, including planning, standups, and retrospectives.
    • Monitor and address team health, ensuring realistic commitments and achievable plans.
  2. Remove Blockers
    • Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and issues that may impede progress.
    • Work across functions to resolve conflicts, clear roadblocks, and maintain momentum.
  3. Support Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as the local partner for Product Managers, UX Designers, and Dev Leads to coordinate execution.
    • Serve as the bridge between distributed teams, ensuring seamless communication and handoffs.
  4. Champion Quality
    • Ensure delivery meets the defined standards for functionality, performance, and reliability.
    • Collaborate with Dev Leads to align on technical scope and feasibility.
  5. Optimize Delivery Processes
    • Continuously improve delivery practices by analyzing team workflows and identifying inefficiencies.
    • Advocate for tools and practices that enhance team productivity and cohesion.

Profile

The most successful candidates for this role will have: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Proven experience in managing project delivery for a complex and cross-functional enterprise software.
  • A deep understanding of UI/UX and its impact on product design and development.
  • Proven experience in simultaneously organizing and prioritizing multiple projects.
  • Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work.
  • Open-minded and willing to venture off the beaten track.
  • Technical background and experience to a degree would be a plus, but not mandatory.
