Orange Logic is offering cash rewards for successful referrals:

Any external individual can refers a qualified candidate that meets the hiring requirements. The qualified candidate must be selected and successfully complete 60 calendar days employment prior to any referral payment.

In case of successful referral,
• A first bonus of $1,000 (gross) will be paid to external individual who refers an applicant that is hired on a permanent basis
• After 4 months, there will be an additional referral fee of $1,000 (gross) if the candidate is still employed

The total fee for a successful referral will therefore be $2,000 (gross).

Conditions for an eligible referral

• Referred candidates must not have applied for a job at OL Vietnam within the last 12 months and are not currently active in the company internal database.
