Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will be responsible for proactively finding and attracting the most suitable talents  for our team to solve our biggest challenges. You'll also play a key role in enhancing our employer brand to ensure we're seen as an employer of choice. 

Essential Functions:

  • Own the entire recruitment cycle: From sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires, you'll manage the process from start to finish.
  • Build our team: You'll identify and engage potential candidates, assess their skills, and profile them to ensure a great fit.
  • Enhance our reputation: You'll actively work to strengthen our employer brand and professional network by providing excellent candidate experiences and building relationships.
  • Improve our process: You'll collaborate with internal teams and candidates to gather feedback and implement new initiatives to optimize our recruitment performance.
  • Manage your own success: You'll take ownership of your productivity, continuously improving your time management and communication skills.

Profile

The most successful candidates for this role will have: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in recruitment/ talent acquisition roles.  
  • Strong self-discipline and listening skills. 
  • High spirit of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition, intensively in Tech roles.
  • Curiosity about and interested in recruitment challenges.
  • Maintain objective driven and tenacious in handling recruitment issues.
  • Understanding recruitment processes and positions related to software engineering is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
