Job Summary: We are open for a Talent Acquisition, who will be responsible for proactively finding the most suitable members for our team to solve challenges we face. You will gradually be in charge of the entire recruitment process, and cultivate your skill set through the following activities.
Essential Functions:
- Understanding the positions and developing effective approaches.
- Performing recruitment efforts in sourcing, screening, profiling potential candidates, coordinating interview schedules, onboarding and taking care of new hires.
- Discussing the initiatives you believe will ensure the optimal performance of recruitment.
- Obtaining feedback from internal teams/ candidates to maintain/support the recruitment development.
- Enhance the company employer branding, your professional network, as well as giving appropriate responses to the candidate’s inquiries.
- Taking ownership over your productivity and strengthening your time management and communication skills.
The most successful candidates for this role will have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in recruitment/ talent acquisition roles.
- Strong self-discipline and listening skills.
- High spirit of teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition, intensively in Tech roles.
- Curiosity about and interested in recruitment challenges.
- Maintain objective driven and tenacious in handling recruitment issues.
- Understanding recruitment processes and positions related to software engineering is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
