This Recruitment Privacy Notice describes how OL Vietnam collects and processes personal data for recruitment purposes in compliance with Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 91/2025/QH15) and Decree No. 356/2025/NĐ-CP.
For recruitment activities in Vietnam, OL Vietnam acts as the personal data controller (or the controlling and processing party, depending on the specific processing activity).

Talent Pool notice: If you are not selected, we may ask for your consent to keep your profile in our talent pool so we can contact you for future suitable roles. You can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time (see “Your rights” below).
Internally: OL Vietnam HR/Talent Acquisition, relevant hiring managers, interviewers, and authorized operations staff involved in recruitment.
Service providers (processors): We may use trusted service providers to operate recruitment systems (for example: email, scheduling, document storage, applicant tracking), who process personal data under our instructions and confidentiality obligations.
Third-party platforms (independent controllers): If you apply through third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ITviec, job boards), those platforms process your data under their own policies. OL Vietnam only processes what we receive for recruitment purposes.
Legal obligation: We may disclose data if required by applicable law or competent authorities.
Recruitment may require sharing candidate data with relevant Orange Logic group companies for evaluation, interviews, hiring decisions, HR planning, and onboarding coordination.
This may involve cross-border transfer (including use of systems/platforms located outside Vietnam to process data collected in Vietnam).

Where a violation of personal data protection regulations is detected and meets legal notification conditions, we will notify the competent authority in line with statutory requirements (including certain cases requiring notification within 72 hours).
We do not intend to recruit or collect data from individuals under 18 through OL Vietnam recruitment channels. If you believe a minor has submitted recruitment data to OL Vietnam, please contact recruitment.vietnam@orangelogic.com.

Data Subjects in this notice refer to potential clients or individuals who express interest in Orange Logic’s product and/or services. Legal Obligation: We may need to share your data when we believe it’s required by law or to help protect the rights and safety of you, us or others.
It is possible that we will need to disclose information about you when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; (2) enforce our agreements with you, (3) investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, (4) protect the security or integrity of our Service; or (5) exercise or protect the rights and safety of Orange Logic, our customers, personnel, or others. We attempt to notify Data Subjects about legal demands for their personal data when appropriate, at our discretion, unless prohibited by law or court order or when the request is an emergency.
Orange Logic will retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, your information is needed to provide you with our service, or as required to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Data Subjects who wish to delete their account may send a written request to compliance@orangelogic.com.
